Put the starch in the cold milk so that it does not become lumpy and put it on the fire.
Add the chocolates, sifted cocoa and sugar. Leave it on the fire for about 5 minutes until it becomes a cream.
The biscuits are crushed by hand and added to this cream. Mix with a spoon.
In a form of cakes or a smaller tray put a layer of biscuits and on top of the liquid cream made by you or bought, as you prefer. I put it in 2 boxes of 1 liter ice cream. It can be garnished with a little chocolate given on a grater. I keep a cup of whipped cream from milk, so I put only 3 cups in the cream.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
