We make a suitable and non-sticky dough from flour, water / milk, yeast and salt. While kneading, we add the olive oil and oregano, until it is incorporated in the dough.
It can be left to rise for 30-40 minutes, but you can make the pizza sheet directly, whatever shape you want. I always make it square because I have a big tray and we are usually 4 at the table. We grease the tray with oil.
After we put the top in the tray, we grease it with tomato juice and we put the ingredients we have, finishing with mozzarella!
