Crust: Break the biscuits into pieces, put them in the blender and chop them. Melt the butter on a steam bath. Mix the biscuits with the melted butter well. At the end add the milk, mix well. Prepare 5 small, individual shapes. Put the biscuit base in each, press well. Let it cool. Cream: Lightly mix cold liquid cream. Add the mascarpone, powdered sugar and mix until the cream becomes frothy. Put the grated lemon peel, limoncello and mix with a spatula. Remove the molds from the refrigerator. Put a spoonful of cream over the biscuits, level it. Sprinkle with dark and white chocolate flakes, then add the cream again and level. Let the cakes cool for 3-4 hours or even overnight.

Caramelized pears: Wash the pears and cut them into thicker slices. In a saucepan, add the raw caramelized sugar. Add water and after 2-3 boils, add the pears. Sprinkle with cinnamon and anise star. Bring to a boil over low heat, not too much, but as the sauce thickens slightly. Remove the pan from the heat with the pears, add the butter, stir until completely melted. Allow to cool. Remove the cheesecakes from the cold and from the molds, place the cooled pear slices on top. At the end, sprinkle everything with the pear sauce.
